Shiraz Cottage
This luxury home, beautifully furnished in a French Country Style and equipped to high standards, has a lovely garden with a swimming pool and is situated in a quite road with mountain views, only a 10 minute walk from Franschhoek Village, it’s boutique shops and world class award winning restaurants.
Spacious enough for up to six people, the 4 star cottage offers our guests flexible accommodation with two bedrooms / two bathrooms (one en suite) in the house with pool and garden, and a separate apartment / flat at the side of the house, with a double-bedroom, separate bathroom, kitchen and lounge, and its own private patio area.
The main house, decorated in soft whites, golds and creams has a stunning lounge and dining area with an open fire for cosy nights in. French doors from the dining room lead out onto the private patio and spacious garden. The air conditioned master bedroom has spacious fitted wardrobes with doors leading out onto the garden as well as an en suite bathroom which is newly fitted with a deep bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with classic all-white crockery, stainless steel cooking utensils and an extensive range of quality glassware. The patio is covered by leafy vines, giving shade from the sun whilst you enjoy a braai and a glass of fine wine, bought directly from one of the 42 vineyards in the Franschhoek Valley. And when you are ready to cool off, just take a refreshing dip in the sparkling blue pool....
The apartment is ideal for 2 people and can be rented with or without the house. The house is fully alarmed including an armed response service and has off street parking. For a rental of 7 nights or longer your accommodation will be serviced and new linen provided once a week. Should you require a cleaning service in addition to that, please let us know.
