Beautifully appointed yet somewhat minimalist in design to give full expression to the spectacular valley views, Mange Tout is a fine dining restaurant in every aspect. The menu focuses on classic dishes, yet with unusual combinations where each element can be savoured separately.
Mange Tout is under the helm of Executive chef Ryan Smith. While young in years, (31) South African born Smith has notched up an impressive list of credentials, working as a chef in reputed establishments worldwide.
“Textures are important”, comments Ryan, adding that while the menu at Mange Tout is modern and up-to-date; he never fails to pay attention to the classic basics. An expansive winelist offers the finest wines the Valley has to offer, as well as some excellent European wines.
