FWVTA has a Franschhoek First Policy which ensures that we first look for people, with the necessary skills, from within the village and valley.

If we can’t find those people here we look at the possibility of training up locally based individuals. Only after all these areas have been exhausted do we start looking outside the valley for people to fill employment roles.
